Zara is a 2-year-old Shepherd/Corgi mix who came into the Helping Hands Humane Society as a stray. She’s currently in a foster home while up for adoption because she can be on the shy side.
Zara is a super happy dog, who is very playful and high energy. She’s potty trained. Loves to play with other dogs and does well with small dogs. ❤️
She does have some herding behaviors and would do better with older kids. Big chewer! Loves giant dog bones to chomp on.😁 She does need to be kenneled when alone, or she may find things to get into/chew on, but she does great! They say “kennel” and give her a treat when she goes in the kennel. Does good on the leash.
