TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – A Kansas man has been indicted by a federal grand jury after threatening an African-American juvenile. According to the indictment Colton Donner, 25, shouted racial slurs, brandished a knife, a dangerous weapon at a juvenile in Paola, Kan.
