The Muttley Crew just got a little more exciting, Rocky has officially hit his 100-day milestone at Helping Hands Humane Society, and we think it’s the perfect time to shine a spotlight on this lovable, high-energy pup!
Rocky is a 4.5-year-old Shepherd/Labrador mix who joined HHHS on July 6th. Weighing in at a sturdy 79 pounds, he’s a big boy with an even bigger heart. From the moment he arrived, Rocky has been ready to go, go, go! He’s the kind of dog who wakes up every day ready for a new adventure, whether it’s a long walk, a game of fetch, or learning a new trick.
His previous family shared that Rocky is potty trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands like “sit” and “down.” He’s a quick learner and incredibly eager to please, especially if you’re offering affection as a reward. His tail wags at warp speed when he knows he’s done a good job!
Because of his enthusiastic energy, Rocky would do best in a home with older kids or adults who can match his zest for life. He’s not just looking for a place to crash, he’s looking for a family who will help him exercise his body and his brain. Think food puzzle toys, agility training, long walks, and plenty of playtime.
Rocky is more than just a handsome face, he’s a loyal, loving companion who’s ready to be someone’s best friend. And thanks to a generous sponsorship from American Shaman CBD, $50 of his adoption fee is covered, making his total adoption fee just $100.
If you’re looking for a dog who’s always up for an adventure and will love you with his whole heart, Rocky is your guy. Come meet him today and see if he’s the missing piece of your family!
