Meet Mellow, a 3-year-old male Pit Bull mix who’s ready to find his forever family.
Mellow arrived at HHHS on May 2nd, and while his gentle demeanor won hearts instantly, we discovered he was heartworm positive. He has completed his heartworm treatment and is now healthy, happy, and eager to start a new chapter.
Weighing in at about 55 pounds, Mellow is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. He enjoys romping around with canine companions who share his play style, and we encourage potential adopters to bring their dogs in for a meet and greet with Mellow to ensure a great match.
To celebrate his recovery and support #ClearTheShelters, Mellow’s adoption fee is just $25 for the entire month of August. This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome a loyal, loving companion into your life while making space for more animals in need.
