Meet Asha, our Muttley Crew featured pet! Asha is about a year old, and Helping Hands Humane Society’s wild guess at her DNA is a Pit Bull/Corgi mix. They don’t know for sure since she came in as a stray with Animal Control, but they always attempt a guess! She weighs 38.5 pounds, and she’s $0 to adopt thanks to a sponsorship from The Market at Macvicar. She has some care package items to go home with her, and a local family kindly fostered her for a couple of weeks. They started training with her and she’s already learning sit, lay down, in your crate, here, off, and move along. Asha loves durable chew toys and seems interested in playing with other dogs. She loves car rides and gets in the car easily! She also walks well on a leash, is patient when being fed, and is a huge cuddler. She is a rambunctious player! So a home with another playful dog and/or older children may be a good fit for her.
