Say hi to Kato, who came to HHHS 118 days ago on January 2nd. He’s only about 10.5 months old, weighs about 55 pounds, and is definitely an All American Shelter Dog (AKA mixed breed – we are guessing a Hound mix).

Kato loves to play with other dogs, and our team has used him to help greet new shelter dogs to see how they do since he’s so dog friendly. His previous family said he is house trained, did well with children (but is also still learning his manners), loves car rides, knows sit and shake, and lived with a cat and did fine. He is still just a big puppy and would benefit from a family who will give him the exercise and training he needs! He also really enjoys playgroup with other dogs at the shelter.
