Reported by ABC13 Houston, Texas man Keith Anderson was arrested for riding a red lawnmower down freeway I-45! Um Mr. Anderson theres no grass to mow there! It would not have been bad except for the fact Anderson had his 5 year old son on his lap and tied a dog leash around him as a seat belt. Luckily no one was hurt. He was arrested for endangering a child.
