Carmen is our V100 February Rock Girl!  She returned to the Midwest from Portland, Oregon in 2013. She works as realtor and a vocalist for Recycled Vinyl Funk. Off stage, Carmen can be found volunteering for CASA for Children and creating outdoor adventures with her family. Her photoshoot was at Sunsations Tanning Salon in Topeka.
