One of the top rock bands in the country is taking time to give back.

I have spent a good amount of time with the guys from Breaking Benjamin. From interviews to watching them get tattoos and to just hanging out with the guys backstage, they never cease to amaze me. A lot of people think of these heavier bands and think about how bad they are for the people that listen to them, especially in this day and age. This is one band that has almost always had a positive message behind their songs while also being a badass rock band that will melt your face off at a show.

Recently, Breaking Benjamin got to show off a bit of their softer side and work with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. They went to a hospital in Florida where they spent time meeting and talking with the sick kids that are there for treatment and they put on an acoustic show for the patients as well as the staff and family that were present. Breaking Benjamin was the first act to be selected for St. Jude All Access and the St. Jude Live Sessions where they have the artists come out and show their support for the hospital.
