With JJ Abrams being officially announced as the Director/Producer for the new Star Wars film (Star Wars Episode VII) coming out in 2015, I found this picture online. The drawing is of actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who will play a villain in Abram's Star Trek Into Darkness coming out on May 17^th.

Doubtful that Abrams would somehow bring back Vader for the new Star Wars films, but Cumberbatch definitely has the voice for it. His is the deep voice that talks throughout the Start Trek trailer:
